At Ormond Beach Aviation we value our customers loyalty and referrals. Each customer who successfully completes a course/package at Ormond Beach Aviation is automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Rewards Program. As a member of the Loyalty Rewards Program you are entitled to member benifits as explained below. It's just one way we show our appreciation to you as not only a customer, but a successful graduate of our training organization.

There are currently two ways our Loyalty Rewards Program Members can take advantage of great savings on flight packages at Ormond Beach Aviation...

Frequent Flyer Program (FFP) - As an existing customer we want to reward your loyalty and repeat business by offering you a 10% discount on any flying package you purchase*. This offer applies to all OBA packages and examples of some of the discounts you are eligible to receive are detailed below.

Referral Rewards Program (RRP) - As an existing customer we value you referring your friends, relations, and colleagues, to fly at OBA. We reward your referral and the business it brings us by giving you a credit of 10% of the value of the flying package you refer them to purchase. You can apply your referral reward against any flying package you commence with us within 6 (six) months of the full completion of the referred flying package. Examples of some of the rewards you can earn in the RRP are detailed below.

Any previous or new customer of Ormond Beach Aviation whom has completed an approved Flight Training Package at our facility is automatically enrolled as a Member of the Loyalty Rewards Program. Even if you have completed an approved Flight Training Package before the Loyalty Rewards Program was created you are still an eligible member for the exclusive offers Rewards Program Members receive!

The FFP Discount is applied as a prepayment credit at the time of payment for your flying package.

To qualify for RRP earnings you must send an email to LRP[at]FLYOBA.com giving the full personal details and contact information of the person you are referring together with the flying package they are intending to purchase. Once the person you have referred has fully completed their flying package we will place your earnings in your RRP Earnings Account for use as a credit by you to purchase OBA flying packages. RRP credits are valid as payment towards any OBA flying package you purchase within one year of the RRP credit being applied to your RRP Earnings Account.

The FFP Discounts and RRP earnings you are eligible to receive as per the relevent sections above are combinable and there is no limit to the number of discounts or the earnings you can receive in these programs.

FFP Discounts and RRP Earnings are calculated at the package price current at the time of commencement. RRP Earnings are redeemed as a credit only towards the purchase of OBA approved flying packages. RRP Earnings accounts are not redeemable as cash, not interest bearing, and not transferable to third parties. OBA reserves the right to change, alter, vary, suspend, or discontinue the above programs entirely at its own discretion.

* Discount may not be greater than 10% the purchase price of the most recently completed flying package. For examaple, by completing a $1,000.00 Night Qualification Package, the maximum allowable discount on a flying package would be $100.00. If a $6,000.00 PPL Package was completed the maximum discount available would be $600.00. In any event, the maximum discount may not be more than 10% the cost of the flying package being purchased.

*Courses are priced in US $ valid for commencements from 1 June 2009. £ and € prices are an informationally representative cost based on £1 = $1.65 and €1 = $1.42. Payments made to us in £ or € must equal the US $ course price on the day of commencement of the course based on the foreign exchange rate published by and available from ( Thomas Cook )
